Stronglemon Return and Refund Policy

At Stronglemon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are our conditions for returns and claims.

1. Defective Products or Errors on Our Part

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims determined to be an error on Stronglemon's part will be covered at our expense, including replacement and shipping costs.

If you notice any issue with the products or any other aspect of your order, please send a problem report to company@stronglemon.com. as soon as possible.

2. Lost Packages in Transit

If your order is lost during transit, you must contact us at company@stronglemon.com. within 30 days after the estimated delivery date to submit a claim. All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. After this period, we will not be able to process any claim or offer a replacement or refund.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address or Customer Errors

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you or the recipient provide an address that the carrier considers insufficient or incorrect, and the package is returned to us, you will be notified by email.

  • In these cases, if you wish to have the order resent to the correct address, you must pay an additional reshipping fee. This cost may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the garment or product. We will contact you to confirm the new address and provide the exact amount before proceeding with the new shipment.

  • If reshipping is not requested, the returned order will be donated to charity after 30 days with no refund issued.

4. Unclaimed Products

Shipments that go unclaimed at the post office or delivery point will be returned to our facility. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment if you wish to receive the order.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return Due to Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods or intimate personal items such as face masks, underwear, swimwear, or similar items once they have been unsealed. Any returned orders containing such items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

6. Wrong Size Selection Errors

Stronglemon does not accept exchanges or returns for incorrect size selection. To help you choose the right size, all our products include a detailed size guide on each product page. We recommend carefully reviewing it before making your purchase.

7. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing your order, including sizes, colors, and quantities, before finalizing your purchase.

8. Return Contact Information

The return address will be provided on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return a product for any of the covered reasons (manufacturing defect or our error), please contact us at company@stronglemon.com. for precise instructions.

Important Note: This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
